Every diamond and fine jewelry product purchased from Brilliance arrives at your door in our elegant packaging. Inside our exclusive Brilliance Presentation Box, you will find a detailed Gemological Appraisal (engagement rings & diamond jewelry) certified by our Master Gemologist, and a Dropbox link is available upon request with electronic copies of your receipt, appraisal, and certificate (if applicable).
Diamond & Fine Jewelry Packaging
Engagement rings and diamond jewelry items are safely enclosed in a beautiful, environmentally friendly display box with a plush interior. Loose diamonds are delivered in a tension ring or securely packed in an acrylic case to ensure a safe delivery. The tension ring is for display purposes only and should not be worn.
Fine jewelry purchases are presented to you in our signature gift boxes.
Gift Services
Brilliance Gift Cards can be redeemed online anytime. During checkout, select the Gift Card option for your method of payment and enter your gift card number in the space provided.
- Gift Cards: A personalized gift message can be printed on a Brilliance gift card and presented with the item. Simply write your message in the designated box during the checkout process.
- Gift Receipt: If you choose, we will include a gift receipt that lists the description, but not the price, of the item(s). Your recipient can return or exchange the gift with this receipt if they wish.
- Ship to Recipient: You might want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient. In such cases, simply contact your credit card or bank institution to add the alternative shipping address to your account. Learn more.

Brilliance offers complementary express shipping on every order. Each shipment is securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped using only the most reputable and reliable courier services.
To protect the security of your shipment, we require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
