While doing the initial investigation for finding a diamond eternity band I happened upon Brilliance.com. While searching their website, I began live chatting with Anthony at Brilliance. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. I then began asking him a series of questions to help allay my fears. He answered them with ease and perfection. I said I wasn't ready to make the purchase right away, and he said "not a problem, I will be here when you are ready". We traded email addresses and phone numbers and began conversing over email and even via telephone. After a couple of weeks of going back and forth with Anthony, and doing my own vetting of Brilliance through the Better Business Bureau, and googling any scams related to Brilliance I was finally convinced I could trust Brilliance.
I wanted this to be a surprise gift for my 20th anniversary with my wife so I asked Anthony to help me keep it a surprise. I wasn't exactly sure what size to order, so Anthony advised me on how to go about getting the correct size. (It ended up fitting perfectly.) Just when I thought the service could not be any better, it got even better...
We received the ring and my wife loved it and was totally surprised. Everything was going perfectly. It sparkled beautifully and looked flawless. It was a 4ct diamond eternity band with platinum. The stones were F VS2. Everything my wife had wanted and dreamed about.
After two weeks of wearing the ring my wife looked unhappy. I asked her what was wrong. She said "I think something is wrong with a few of the stones in my ring". I didn't believe her at first so I looked at it and saw the same thing she saw. This is where I started getting doubts, however what happened next is incredible.
Of course, at this point you start thinking to yourself, "oh boy they will never take this back and look at it. They will say tough luck". But nope that didn't happen. I reached back out to Anthony and he connected me with the appropriate people at Brilliance (Juliana). Juliana send me pre paid labels to ship the ring back with insurance. They inspected the ring and agreed that something was not right with a few of the stones. They rebuilt the ring and sent it back. We have now had it for a couple of weeks and my wife loves it once again, and it appears to be flawless and beautiful once again.
Brilliance makes shopping and buying diamonds via the internet a truly unbelievable experience. They have put my mind to ease every step along the way. They are extremely professional. I can't say enough about Brilliance. I would use them over and over and highly recommend them to everyone. I would give them 10 stars but I am limited to 5.
