My super hot now husband is one of those people that doesnt like wearing what everybody else does, but he also is a very simple guy whom I had never before seen wearing any jewelry, so I was trapped in between choosing a plain gold band (that everybody wears) or going with something unique and different. So I started looking for options online and I realize people make rings out of meteorites, which is not only super cool, but appropriate because he wanted to be an astronaut when he was little, so I fell in love with the idea, but because I was the worst bride ever (like I legit wanted to elope by the end of it, being married is much more fun than being a bride) I couldn't make a decision and I took my sweet time ordering a band, to the point that it was a month before the wedding and I still hadn't ordered the ring. So I decided on brilliance, and put in the order. Fast forward to the next morning, I woke up to call from them, thanking me for the order, and asking if I knew how long it would take for them to get it to me, because they wanted to make sure I had it in time for my event (so, super good customer service right here), so I was super bummed because I really wanted this ring, but apparently I hadn't ordered it enough in advance and because of the rarity of the material it usually takes a lil' bit longer for them to make, when I told them I would probably cancel the order they were super polite and they were super nice and said they could do that right away for me if I wanted (which most companies don't let you do after they have access to your money), but they asked me to wait a day and they would talk to their manufacturers to see if there was any chance they could get the ring for me in the time I needed. They called me back later that day to say they could guarantee they would get it to me in time so with all the nervousness in the world, I decided to trust them and go ahead with the order. They were super accommodating, and not only did they get it to me in time, but it arrived early, it looked super classy, and my dorky nerd husband loved the meteorite on it. I also had it engraved, and it looked amazing! So good job ya'll, won't be getting married again, it was such a pain in the butt that we decided we never wanted to go through it again so we'll just stick together forever somehow, but if I was getting married again, I would definitely choose this company again!
