Credit & Debit Cards

Brilliance accepts the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, and Discover. When you place an order, we verify your card's fund availability through authorization with the bank. In some cases, we may contact you to request additional information, such as an Authorization Form and copy of your driver's license. These precautions protect your information and prevent fraudulent use of your card. In compliance with our Address Verification policy, orders purchased via credit card will only be shipped to an address that is on file with your credit card company.

In addition to credit cards, we also accept debit cards, which draw on funds that are already in your bank account. Some banks limit the amount that can be withdrawn on a daily basis, which can cause a delay in order processing. In this case, you will need to contact your bank to authorize a waiver for the purchase amount that exceeds your daily limit.

Wire Transfer

When you use a wire transfer as your payment method, funds are drawn directly from your bank account. Brilliance offers a 2% discount for all orders paid by wire transfer. You will receive an email with full instructions on how to complete the wire transfer after placing your order. If we do not receive your wire transfer within 5 days of placing your order, the order will be cancelled.

Some banks may charge a small processing fee for a wire transfer. It can take from 2 to 48 hours for domestic transfers to complete. When the funds have been received from your bank, we will send a confirmation email and will complete the processing of your order.

For orders over $25,000, we request that a wire transfer is used as the method of payment. If you prefer to use a credit card for orders over $25,000, please contact a Brilliance representative at 866-737-0754.

Check or Money Order

Brilliance also accepts payment by money order and personal check. Personal checks usually take 7 - 10 business days to process and money orders take approximately 5 days. We will complete processing of your order when the check or money order has cleared our bank. For security purposes, we may contact you to verify your information.

Your name and address must be printed on the front of your personal check. If we do not receive the check within 7 days of placing your order, the order will be cancelled.

Gift Cards

Brilliance Gift Cards can be redeemed online anytime. During checkout, select the Gift Card option for your method of payment and enter your gift card number in the space provided.

Low Price Guarantee

Brilliance offers the highest quality products at the lowest prices guaranteed. If you happen to find an item of identical size and quality at a lower price, we will beat it. Please note that it is under the sole discretion of Brilliance to determine if an item is of identical size and quality.

Taxes

Domestic sales tax only applies to customers whose shipping addresses are in the state of Florida. International orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the destination country.

International Order

International orders must be paid via wire transfer; in Canada and the UK, credit and debit cards are also accepted. International bank wires can take up to 7 business days to transfer. Any applicable duties or VAT taxes are the customer's responsibility. See our complete international order policy.

PayPal Checkout

PayPal™ is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows you to use any payment method you prefer, including a credit card, bank account, buyer credit, or PayPal account balance, without sharing financial information. Click on the PayPal payment button on the bottom of the Shopping Cart and you will be redirected to PayPal's secured Checkout to complete your transaction.

Any addresses that are not confirmed by PayPal will be not be shipped. If your address is not confirmed on Paypal, please feel free to use our other payment options. Gift Card orders, orders using a Gift Card as a payment method, and orders over $10,000 are not eligible for PayPal Checkout.

Google Checkout

When you buy with Google Checkout™, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorized purchases. You can quickly and easily buy from Brilliance.com using your Google Checkout account by clicking on the Google Checkout payment option at the bottom of the Shopping Cart and providing your username and password.

Gift Card orders, orders using a Gift Card as a payment method, and orders over $10,000 are not eligible for Google Checkout.

Checkout by Amazon

Checkout by Amazon™ allows you to use payment information from your Amazon.com account to purchase products from Brilliance. When you're ready to checkout, simply click on the "Checkout with Amazon" button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart and enter your Amazon.com email address and password. You'll easily and quickly access your account information from Amazon.com and return to Brilliance.com to complete your purchase.

Gift Card orders, orders using a Gift Card as a payment method, and orders over $10,000 cannot be paid with Checkout by Amazon.
