At Brilliance, we subject each of our products to rigorous standards of quality. Each piece is manufactured in our facilities using only the most premium materials and methods of craftsmanship. We carefully inspect each item to ensure that it meets our strict criterion before shipping it to you.
In the rare event that you find an imperfection or defect, we invite you to send it back to Brilliance to be inspected by one of our master jewelers. If the defect is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we'll replace or repair the item at no cost to you. If Brilliance determines that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, we will repair the product at cost. Brilliance cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler. (Please note we do not replace lost or missing diamonds and gems from rings or settings.)

If you purchase a certified loose diamond from Brilliance, the stone may be upgraded to a diamond of at least twice the value of the original. You'll receive a full credit of the cost of your original diamond minus a 15% restocking fee to be applied toward the higher-value diamond. Our upgrade policy only applies to undamaged diamonds that are also approved for upgrade by Brilliance and accompanied by the original diamond grading report.
We believe professional maintenance of fine jewelry is essential to ensuring its beauty and longevity. At Brilliance, we offer complimentary cleanings and prong inspections twice a year for as long as you own your product. Our comprehensive service includes a thorough cleaning and polishing, rhodium plating (for white metals), and tightening of all prongs to secure diamonds or gemstones (return shipping insurance charges will apply). Each Brilliance product comes with a free gemological appraisal issued by a master gemologist. This signed and certified document can be provided to your insurance company to verify the replacement value of your diamond or fine jewelry. We also provide complimentary re-appraisals to adjust your item's value as it appreciates over time.
It is advisable that you insure your diamond or fine jewelry product as part of your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy. In the event that your item is lost or stolen, you'll be eligible to receive the amount of its appraised value. If your existing policy doesn't cover jewelry or you don't currently have a policy, you can purchase protection from a specialized jewelry insurer. Brilliance recommends Chubb's or Jewelers Mutual, two highly reputable providers of diamond and jewelry insurance.
