How can I convert my ring size to U.S. measurements?

Can I have a ring resized?

Any ring purchased from Brilliance can be sent back within 90 days from the date of purchase for a free resizing. Ring resizing is completed approximately 7 - 15 business days from the time the shipment is received. If you have purchased a ring and need to have it resized please visit our Resize form to get started.

Can you laser inscribe a diamond for me?

Yes. If your certified diamond is not inscribed, Brilliance can arrange to have the certificate number as well as a personal message inscribed for you. Please contact a Brilliance Diamond Expert at 866-737-0754 to further details.

How do I change the currency listing on the website?

To change the currency type click the menu button at the top left-hand corner of your screen. Next, click on the “My Account” tab. Click the orange arrow on the top tab to change the currency listing. You can change the currency listing regardless of whether you have created an account.

Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?

Every jewelry item comes enclosed in our signature packaging. If you’d like to add gift wrapping, please contact the Orders Team after you’ve placed your order and request that your item be gift-wrapped.

Why has my diamond or jewelry lost its shine or luster?

Daily wear, dust, and your skin's natural oils can cloud the brilliance of a diamond and dull the appearance of platinum and gold. We offer free ring/jewelry cleanings and prong inspections twice a year on all of our products with our Care & Maintenance program. To get started please fill out our Care form and an email with shipping instructions will be sent to you.

If I send my ring in for the warranty, cleaning, and semi-annual maintenance, what is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time for our Care & Maintenance service is approximately 5-7 business days. Please always allow 1-3 days lead time for shipping. To get started please fill out our Care form and an email with shipping instructions will be sent to you.

How do I clean my diamonds or jewelry?

You can clean diamond jewelry in warm water, using a mild liquid detergent. Use a soft brush to create a lather around the jewelry piece. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Will Brilliance buy my diamond or can I trade it in?
