How do I find the status of my order, and how can I track it?

If you have already placed an order, please login to your account for the latest status. Once your order leaves our offices you will receive a shipment notification. Have a due date or need a rush placed on your order? Please contact the Orders team at 866-737-0754 and select option 2.

What payment plans do you offer?

All purchases are eligible for financing with Affirm. To learn more about Affirm, please visit  Financing with Affirm. We also accept PayPal Credit. Beyond financing with Affirm or PayPal, you can also pay for your purchase with multiple payment types. Once you have placed your order please contact the Orders Team to complete your purchase.

Does Brilliance have a return policy?

Yes. Brilliance offers a risk free, full money back guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or would simply like to return it, you may do so within 30 days. Please click here to read our full return policy.

I can’t get into My Account. What should I do?

You do not need an account to buy a diamond, ring or jewelry item. An account will automatically be established once you place an order. If you have created an account but do not remember your password, click here. Please note your username is not the same as your email. Your username was emailed to you when you initially signed up for an account.

Is there a way for me to get pre-approved for financing with Affirm?

Yes. If you would like to get pre-approved for financing with Affirm before placing an order please visit Affirm to sign up for an account. If you have any questions about financing, speak with an Affirm representative.

Do you provide gemological appraisals?

Every ring and jewelry item is accompanied with an appraisal evaluated by an experienced master gemologist. Each appraisal contains a detailed description and the retail replacement value of the item. We can even email an appraisal to your insurance company on your behalf so that your purchase will be insured at the time you receive your item.

I lost my insurance paperwork or appraisal. What should I do?

Brilliance keeps digital copies of all certificates, invoices, and appraisals. If you need a replacement or an updated appraisal simply Contact Us. We can email you PDFs or mail physical copies of any documents.

Can I view a diamond before it's set?

We allow you to view a diamond before it's set in a ring. Simply purchase the diamond and we'll ship it to you free of charge. After viewing the diamond, send it back to our offices and we'll build your ring with the engagement ring setting you choose.

Is it possible to get a paid receipt for my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you would like a paid receipt for accounting/insurance purposes, please send us a request by going to the Contact Us form.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order by contacting the Brilliance Order Team at 866-737-0754. Please have your order number available when calling. Please note once an order begins processing, it can be canceled within 1 business day. After that time, an order can't be canceled but may be returned within your 30 day return period for a refund, credit, or exchange.
