Purchasing a Gift Card

To purchase a gift card, you'll need to use a credit card, debit card, or another valid payment method. A gift card you have previously purchased or received cannot be redeemed for another gift card. During the checkout process, no sales tax will be charged for any gift card on your order. After your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details.

Receiving a Gift Card

Brilliance gift cards are sent via email. As soon as your payment has been verified, the recipient will get an email with a unique code that can only be redeemed at Brilliance.com. The email will also include clear instructions for using the code to apply the gift card online.

Redeeming a Gift Card

Because they never expire, Brilliance gift cards can be redeemed at any time.

When using a gift certificate online, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card number as a means of verifying your identity and preventing the fraudulent use of your certificate. We will not apply any charges to your credit card unless the dollar amount of the items on your order exceeds the balance on your gift card. If you have remaining credits on your gift card after your order is completed, the balance can be redeemed for future orders. Where applicable, purchases made with gift cards will include a sales tax charge. Brilliance gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, except where required by law (1/10 of a cent), nor can they be transferred for use by another shopper. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or redeemed.

Be sure to retain your gift card until your order has been satisfactorily fulfilled. In the event that there is a delay or problem with your order, it may be necessary to transfer credits back to the card.
