Low Price Guarantee

Brilliance offers the highest quality products at the lowest prices guaranteed. Our Diamonds come straight from the source, and our Fine Jewelry is manufactured in house in order to offer you the best prices around. If you happen to find an item of identical size and quality at a lower price we will beat it.*

Pricing Policy
The price at the time of checkout reflects the current amount of the item. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed. However, pricing errors may still occur and the price shown may be inaccurate. In such an instance, a Brilliance representative will contact you to notify you of the error and re-confirm the order at the corrected price.

Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged to orders shipped outside the State of Florida. Brilliance is located exclusively in the State of Florida. As a result, all applicable state and local sales tax must be charged on orders shipped to Florida.

Bank Wire Transfer
All Loose Diamonds and Fine Jewelry are eligible to be paid via bank wire transfer and receive a 2% discount. This process works much the same as a debit card, however funds may take a few days to transfer. Click here to view all of our methods of payment.

Comparison Purchasing
Brilliance does not allow comparison purchasing, buying several items with the intention of keeping only one. Please contact a Brilliance representative in order to verify product quality.

Take Note
Unfortunately, there are many deceptive advertisements that state false ratings such as Color, Clarity, or Carat weight. Every item sold by Brilliance is of the highest quality and independently graded by two Master Gemologists to ensure the accuracy of each product's details.
