Brilliance presents free UPS overnight shipping on every
order.
Signature Required
A signature is required for every UPS delivery for added security (signature
release is not acceptable). If you would like to arrange delivery to a local
UPS center contact a Brilliance representative at 866-737-0754.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
Brilliance understands that you might not be available to receive a package at
home or want to keep your order a surprise. That's why all orders can be sent
to an alternate address. When an order is above $500 simply contact your credit
card or bank institution to add the alternate shipping address. This security
precaution protects our customers from fraud and will expedite the shipping
process.
Saturday Delivery
Available for most destinations, Saturday Delivery is a
convenient option for those who are unavailable during the week to receive a
package. This option can be added at the time of checkout for $25.
Shipment of Diamonds & Fine
Jewelry
When you receive any item from Brilliance it will be
presented in our one of a kind packaging accompanied with all your documents.
Loose diamonds will be shipped in a Brilliance ring box and held in place by a
tension-secured spring ring. The spring ring is for presentation purposes only
and should never be worn. View Product Packaging for more details.
APO/FPO Addresses
We are proud to ship to all APO and FPO addresses via USPS
registered mail.
International Addresses
International orders are sent out UPS express delivery.
PO Box
Addresses
Brilliance does not ship any orders to PO Box addresses.
