Brilliance Returns & Exchanges
Risk Free 30 Day Returns

At Brilliance, we are confident that you will be pleased with your diamond or fine jewelry purchase. All of our products are backed by a full 30-day Money-Back Guarantee from the time of purchase.  

Return Instructions 
1. If for any reason you are unsatisfied and wish to return your purchase, please call 866-737-0754 to obtain a Return Code from a Brilliance representative. At that time, you must also inform Brilliance whether you desire a refund, exchange, or credit. Package your purchased item, documents, and original accompanying materials that were shipped with the item (including the invoice, appraisal and diamond certificate, if applicable) into a shipping box. (Failure to return the diamond certificate will result in a replacement fee.)

2. Please write the Return Code on the Return Sticker that accompanied your purchase, and affix the sticker to your shipping box.

3. Ship & Insure the item back to Brilliance.
  1. Orders less than $500 can be shipped via any carrier. Please make sure to insure the item for the invoice price and request a return receipt to confirm that your shipment properly reached Brilliance.
  2. Orders greater than $500 must be shipped via US Postal Service Insured or Registered Mail®. Please make sure to insure the item for the invoice price and request a return receipt to confirm that your shipment properly reached Brilliance.
Return Process
Returns that are shipped without the return code, improperly packaged, or uninsured will not be accepted. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, or resizing that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer. If Brilliance determines that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you.

If the item is accepted for return, Brilliance will give you a full refund, exchange, or credit. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Failure to follow these instructions will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at returns@brilliance.com.
